I recently had a charm bracelet repaired here, and I was overall very happy with their service. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repair process to me, which I really appreciated. They managed to fix the clasp perfectly, and my bracelet feels brand new! However, I did notice that the waiting area could use a bit more seating, as it was quite crowded when I visited. Still, I would definitely recommend this place for its great craftsmanship and friendly atmosphere.
